Purpose: Our Free Inspection is a visual, non-invasive assessment of your roof’s current condition to provide an estimate for repairs or replacement.
Non-Destructive: Inspections are non-destructive. We are not responsible for identifying hidden structural defects, mold, or interior damage that cannot be seen without removing roofing materials or accessing sealed areas.
Access: By scheduling an inspection, you grant our technicians permission to access your property and roof for the duration of the assessment.
Validity: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating material costs (e.g., shingles, plywood, and metals).
Non-Binding: A Free Inspection or estimate does not constitute a legal contract for work. A formal, signed Work Authorization or Roofing Contract is required before any project begins.
Hidden Conditions: If additional damage is discovered during the actual repair or replacement process (e.g., rotted decking, structural issues), a Change Order with additional costs may be required to ensure the roof’s integrity.
Property Condition: Samartino’s Roofing is not liable for pre-existing damage to the property, including but not limited to leaks, interior water stains, or structural instability discovered during or after the inspection.
Weather & Acts of God: We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by “Acts of God” (storms, hail, hurricanes, lightning) during the scheduling or performance of inspections.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samartino’s Roofing from any claims resulting from your use of this website or the services provided.
